Clean hotel, rooms are spacious, private parking.
Wifi is available, but only in public areas. Hotel is rather far from the Arezzo old city. You need a bus or car.

The hotel was fine for the price. The staff were very helpful and friendly although lacked a more detailed and concise attention to detail. The hotel was under construction whilst we were staying there, this didn't affect us too much although it was starting to warm up and there was no access to any kind of air conditioning which was slightly discomforting. We had to keep the window open to keep the room cool. Apart from this slight problem the distance to the city center was slightly further than we expected a lengthy walk (roughly 20 mins) in a straight line to the city center. After exploring the city for the day we had to consider the walk to our hotel. We had a car with plenty of hotel parking access on site but didn’t want to drive into the city everyday as parking in the center was limited. On the last night we had a lovely meal in the hotel restaurant which was fantastic. Although our stay was hassle free for the most part I probably wouldn't stay here again as I would prefer something a little closer to the city center. A nice hotel for the price although needs a little work to be more comforting.
No air conditioning and distance from the city center. Construction during visit.

The hotel is conveniently located near the historical city center, just a short walk away or a quick drive. You'll also find a popular church and a grocery store nearby. the hotel rooms and bathrooms are modern and decorated with a cool touch. the staff is courteous and always eager to help. the breakfast menu is an excellent choice, and the hotel offers other facilities like free wifi in the lobby, air conditioning, and parking space.
The hotel's view is not very attractive; however, it is not a significant issue considering the location and the nearby attractions.

Very nice and helpful staff. Clean rooms.
As the hotel is right near the main street, the rooms towards the front are a bit noisy (but still within an acceptable range)

Very helpful staff, particularly as one of my suitcase padlocks was broken, and they were able to sort it for me really well. Good restaurant attached to the hotel meant that I didn't have to venture far as a sole traveller in the evenings.
The hotel was a little far out of the centre of Arezzo, and while I got used to the walk in to see the centre, it got more complicated getting to the station as I had to go by taxi. But it would be fine for travelling with a car in terms of transportation of luggage.

During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the lobby and the bar, perfect for a nightcap before bed. the staff was always friendly and attentive, which created a welcoming environment. the location was ideal, with easy access to the local Christmas markets and other events. the included breakfast had a good variety of options, including fresh pastries and hot coffee.
The rooms were a bit outdated and in need of some refurbishment, which made us feel that it was not the best value for money.
